Zusammenfassung

In this work, we present I.R.I.S. (Interactive Reality Interaction System), a Tangible User Interface framework for rapid prototyping and evaluation of early TUI prototypes. We propose a modular tool for designing and iterating on tangible interactive systems. This approach integrates physical computing with networked communication and centralized control tools to support rapid testing of TUI concepts. We present two scenarios illustrating different use cases of the framework. We claim that this framework complements conventional design methods, enabling faster iteration cycles, supporting flexible prototyping and allowing in-situ experimentation and evaluation. Overall, this work provides value to the HCI community by supporting accessible research and educational practices in tangible interaction design.
