Zusammenfassung

This paper introduces CoRK Lite, a structured framework designed to help moderators reflect on and improve Co-Design workshops. The framework facilitates systematic retrospection, allowing facilitators to analyze workshop dynamics and make methodological and didactic adjustments for future sessions.

CoRK Lite incorporates principles from Participatory Design, Theme-Centered Interaction, and Design Thinking, providing a structured approach to capturing observations. It consists of two main components: (1) a framework for structuring Co-Design workshops and (2) a visualization tool to analyze strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. The method involves collecting moderator impressions, categorizing feedback using color-coded Post-its, and generating visualizations to identify workshop patterns.

First empirical results suggest that CoRK Lite enhances self-reflection and collaborative learning among moderators, making workshop processes more iterative and adaptive.
