Development for people means development for diversity
Technology permeates our lives, but despite its ubiquity, users have different attitudes toward and experiences with technology. The concept of user diversity takes this into account—development for people also means development for diversity. Whether age, personality, or expertise: usable technology takes into account the different requirements of all users. But where do these differences lie?
